2026 — now
I work on the multi-agent system behind a conversational financial assistant used by more than five million people. My current problems include orchestration, model routing, evaluations, financial-tool accuracy, and the speed at which teams can learn.
2024 — 2025
I owned product strategy and roadmap alignment for AI-enabled content, governance, and fraud-prevention work. I led two cross-functional teams of 12 across three product lines.
2021 — 2024
I built the product operating system for a GenAI content platform: recommendation ranking, pricing, creator incentives, activation, retention, and the analytics needed to make those pieces work together.

I tend to work on product problems involving AI systems, recommendation and ranking, experimentation, governance, and 0→1 product development. My preferred sequence is simple: make the problem precise, build something tangible, then let evidence change the plan.
Along the way I have accelerated more than 50 projects, mentored 500+ technology professionals, and published nine peer-reviewed papers in AI and network optimisation.
